To build muscle you need to be in a caloric surplus in order to give your body the required structural material and energy to build. In simple terms you need to eat more and train hard lifting progressively heavier weights.

 

The problem is that when a lot of people try to do this accumulate a lot of fat in the process. They add weight yes, but the majority of the weight is fat and you end up looking bloated and smooth. Whatever muscle you built is hidden by a layer of fat.

 

I will teach you how to do it the right way and stack on some solid beef while staying lean and defined.

AGGRESSIVE FAT LOSS

Fad diets never work because fat loss is a slow process. People become impatient and try to speed things up, this is the classic mistake.

 

Try and lose fat too fast and you will only lose muscle, lower the metabolism and hit the classic plateau. Most people rebound and regain all the lost fat.

The key to achieving this is not to cut calories too drastically. Calories stay around maintenance levels. You then need to have the unique macronutrient combination to enable you to feed the muscle while starving the fat.
